TEAM NEWS
Internacional’s coach Fernandao might have some problem to form a good defending system as both center back Indio and full back Fabricio got suspended last round after having accumulated three yellow cards. There’s a chance that they’ll have Kleber and Datolo back from injury though.
Ponte Preta is going to have three absences – Tony, Nikao and Wescley, all injured.

MATCH PREVIEW
Internacional didn’t manage to win their midweek match against Nautico Recife and drew 0-0 at home. Their last loss was in round ten and after that they had three wins – two of them away – and two draws – both goalless scores at home.
Ponte Preta last loss was in round 13, and now they come from the same score Internacional had in their match – 0-0 at home against Gremio. They scored more than once in only three of their away matches so far and that shows they’ve been having problems with their attack when playing away.
That will give Internacional some peace as they won’t have to be concerned about defending all the time. With great players in the attack, they are likely to score, but just enough to win, as Ponte have a good defense. With that, we can expect a low score win for the home side.
HEAD TO HEAD
Ponte Preta beat Internacional only twice in the history. The first time happened in 2000, when they beat Inter 3-0 at home. Their second win happened four years later, and it was a 2-1 away win.
